The International Act of Child Rights established by the United Nations in 1989 orders that every single child in the world has right to free education and to full opportunity of recreation. If the child has labor abuse we are violating the right previously established. It is an international conflict because education and play are the bases for the healthy growing of the child. If the child never assists constantly to school he will have an uncertain future tending to negative consequences.
